It's two of our favorite old-timers in one photo: Frankie Valli (“Walk Like a Man”) and Tom Jones (”Thunderball.“) Both gained fame in the swingin’ 60’s, and showed up at a Friars Club award event in New York. To their credit, they are both still performing in concert and you can probably see them in your city this summer. We love ‘em both.

There’s no recession in the world of Tom Jones. The Las Vegas performer is in the mood for a new car and spent a day comparing the virtues of a $300,000 Rolls Royce and a slightly less expensive Aston Martin. He also gave the visual once-over to the attractive saleswoman.

We were fascinated when this photo of Tom Jones and his wife Linda turned up because they’re almost never photographed together. They were seen leaving a video rental store in LA. UK papers say that Linda lives in Tom’s Beverly Hills mansion but she rarely goes out because she supposedly suffers from agoraphobia. She leaves the house rarely and when Tom is around to accompany her and he is often out of town on tour. Apparently Linda doesn’t take part in Tom’s glamorous lifestyle and she has turned a blind eye to his many flirtations. She and Tom were only 16 when they wed back in 1957.
