Kendall Jenner might not turn out to be the only supermodel in the Kardashian family. Her mother Kris is secretly gearing up to appear in a series of print ads for fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger. According to our spy in Palm Beach, Kris and Tommy recently had dinner on Worth Avenue, where they were overheard discussing her upcoming campaign for his company. Back in the day, before she found fame and fortune on reality TV, Kris’ dream was to be a model, and at 68, that dream is finally coming true.

TOMMY HILFIGER APPRECIATES THE KARDASHIAN DRAMA

Looks like Tommy Hilfiger wanted to get maximum press coverage at his New York Fashion week show so he invited Kourtney and Travis Barker and wrapped them up in clothes lavishly covered with his initials, and plopped them into the front row. They proceeded to smooch and cameras quickly appeared. You can also see Travis’s 16 year old daughter Alabama looking over dad’s shoulder. Tommy Hilfiger has always had a rather Ivy League image – kind of a lower budget Ralph Lauren. So he must be looking to attract a new element…

Yesterday Gigi Hadid made a personal appearance at the Tommy Hilfiger flagship store in Paris and it was an absolute mob scene. Hundereds of fans tried to catch a glimpse of her but we can’t help but wonder if they secretly hoped to see her shy boyfriend. Zayn Malik avoided the chaos but last night he accompanied Gigi to a festive Hilfiger dinner at a fancy French restaurant. Gigi is on an international tour promoting her Tommy X Gigi collection – will Zayn come along for the ride? They’re both wearing her sporty fashions – he certainly is easy on the eyes….

WHAT KIND OF FATHER WAS MICHAEL JACKSON?

Tommy Hilfiger tells a story in his new book “American Dreamer,” that makes us think Michael Jackson’s kids are better off growing up WITHOUT their father. Tommy says that back in the 90’s, Michael wanted to do a clothing line and summoned him to Neverland for a meeting. When Tommy arrived, the butler led him to Michael, who was wearing sunglasses, heavily made up, and sitting on an enormous gold and burgundy throne. Michael said his millions of fans were waiting for a Michael Jackson clothing line and he wanted to partner with Hilfiger. Meanwhile Michael’s two young kids Prince and Paris appeared dressed “like Von Trapp children from The Sound of Music.” Tommy says they wore velvet knickers, patent leather shoes, dirndl jumper, and they both had bleached blonde hair with dark roots and full make-up! (Blanket was still a baby in the nanny’s arms.) Tommy passed on the deal…

Yep, it’s Rita Ora’s boyfriend Richard Hilfiger, 22, doing the walk of shame this afternoon, leaving Rita’s London home. Richard is an LA rapper – he and Rita, 23, started writing music together a couple of months ago and one thing led to another… He performs under the name Ricky Hil, but everybody know he’s the privileged offspring of preppy designer Tommy Hilfiger. His tattoos and green hair indicate that he won’t be wearing any of his father’s tennis sweaters or oxford button down shirts any time soon.

New Girl Zooey Deschanel is MORE than just an actress- she brainstormed with Tommy Hilfiger to come up with her own ”capsule “ collection of 29 items called “To Tommy From Zooey.” It includes dresses (under $200) shoes, handbags, etc. Zooey’s designs will be available at Macy’s on April 14 and online after that. We have a feeling she’ll be wearing a lot of her own dresses this summer…

ZOOEY DESCHANEL IS TOMMY HILFIGER’S NEW MUSE

Some girls have all the luck. Not only does Zooey Deschanel have a hit TV show (“New Girl”) but she’s also collaborating with Tommy Hilfiger as a designer. According to WWD, her vintage inspired dress collection of 16 pieces labeled “To Tommy From Zooey” will retail for $100 to $200 at Macy’s in April. Hilfiger gushes that Zooey reminds him of Audrey Hepburn and the dresses will be “preppy American classics” with a 60’s twist.
