Food and snacks are out of this world, the latest beauty treatments and facials are available, plus free cosmetics, fashions, and accessories of all kind. The women socialize, ideas pop up, and deals are made. Everyone leaves loaded with freebies – so many freebies that men are hired to carry it all to the women’s cars. Who wouldn’t LOVE a day like this? Tyra Banks may be worth 90 million dollars, but she left with WAY more than she could carry – that guy with the pink suitcase is helping her…

PROOF THAT TYRA BANKS CAN MAKE FASHION MISTAKES

It’s a comeback – Tyra Banks is in New York happily promoting her Sports Illustrated 2019 swimsuit cover – she last appeared on the magazine cover in the late 90’s. Tyra retired from modeling in 2005 to become a TV mogul, hosting the incredibly popular America’s Next Top Model, now in its 18th season. Today she made TV appearances with her magazine wearing THIS. We love the color, but that stiff ridged neckline and puffy top is making her look several sizes larger than she hopefully is. Even models need advice sometimes.

Tyra Banks may have been a successful model, but she is clearly in need of SOMEONE to help her select her wardrobe. THIS is how she turned up to promote her new project Life-Size 2. Now that she’s returned to her hosting job on the amazingly successful America’s Next Top Model, we can’t help but wonder about her relationship with Rita Ora. In 2016, Tyra left the show and chose Rita to take over her lucrative job as host and judge. Rita must have been VERY excited, but after only ONE season, Tyra abruptly decided to return and Rita was dismissed! What really happened? We may never know… (Rita will probably get a kick out of this photo)

EVEN TYRA BANKS COULDN’T STOP RITA ORA

Rita Ora can do more than just wear clothes well. The British singer/songwriter is filming a music video in Manhattan and she knows how to attract attention. She had a big career setback when Tyra Banks decided to retire and she hired Rita to take her place as host of America’s Next Top Model. It was a big deal for Rita, but after only one season Tyra didn’t like how the show was going and she fired Rita and returned to host herself. It must have been devastating, but Rita’s put it behind her.

RITA ORA IS LOOKING FOR ATTENTION

Rita Ora is back to wearing her paparazzi-attracting outfits on the street because she’s out of a job again. Rita was thrilled when producer Tyra Banks decided to take a break after 23 years (!) hosting VH1’s America’s Next Top Model and handed the job to the fashion-addicted UK pop singer. Rita figured hosting the established series might turn out to be a long term gig. No such luck. After one season of blah ratings, Tyra is taking her job BACK. Both women are denying there’s any animosity but we can detect hurt feelings – and Rita’s back to singing…

TYRA BANKS IS NOT ON MATERNITY LEAVE

Becoming a mother hasn’t been a piece of cake for America’s Top Model host Tyra Banks. She and her Norwegian photographer boyfriend of two years, Erik Asla, became parents to a little boy named York via a surrogate in January. Tyra says that people hesitate to offer her work because she has a baby now and they assume she’s “too busy.” She points out that “New fathers are not treated that way!” Tyra lives in Los Angeles now and there are rumors that she and her baby daddy are having problems – he may be living separately. Tyra turned up at Craig’s restaurant in this unflattering but comfortable jumpsuit without her boyfriend.

IF TYRA BANKS LIKES HER HAIRCUT – THAT’S ALL THAT MATTERS

America’s Next Top Model has been around forever (actually it’s 12 years) and we confess we ARE going to miss it. CW canceled the show and the finale episode airs December 4. During the final season, host Tyra Banks pulled out all her extensions and cut her hair short. No more extravagant flowing hairdos. She’s been wearing a pixie cut wig since then and NOT everybody likes it. The show got lots of mail from fans complaining about her short hair. Tyra’s co-workers on the show whispered about it and tactfully hinted to Tyra that maybe she should think about a longer style. But Tyra wouldn’t THINK of changing it. She says it makes her feel like a “futuristic businesswoman.” We hear it was the TALK of the final season.

TOP MODELS TYRA BANKS AND MISS J ARE READY FOR ACTION

America’s Next Top Model celebrated the show’s 22nd cycle at Greystone Manor here in Los Angeles. Tyra Banks and Miss J Alexander happily posed for photos together – we suspect they are close friends. Tyra looks very conventional, but the 6’5″ Miss J outdid herself. The wig and long black sheer dress topped off with men’s shoes is a very creative cross-over look. The show was actually a lot less interesting when the eccentric Miss J wasn’t on it.

SOME models look every bit as good without makeup as they do with it. That doesn’t appear to be the case with Tyra Banks, pictured here dressed casually, leaving a gas station. We never realized what a small head she has! Without extensions or lip gloss she’s still pretty – just not the knockout she is on America’s Next Top Model. Most celebrities have “The Lollipop Syndrome” – large heads and skinny bodies, but Tyra is just the opposite, and she’s still a show business success!

IT’S ALL ABOUT TYRA BANKS

Tyra Banks must REALLY be feeling entitled lately, according to her behavior at the opening night of the Broadway show “A Time to Kill.” The Daily News Confidential reported that she arrived at the celebrity laden event in flip flops and no makeup. She tried to slip in a side door to avoid the red carpet altogether but since there WAS no side door she had to rush across the red carpet to the front door. Other celebrities invited to the big event graciously posed for photos and signed autographs while Tyra scooted inside. Has Tyra forgotten that the REASON she is given free tickets to opening nights is because she is EXPECTED to pose for photos and publicize the event? Continue behaving like that and your invitations are likely to dry up!
