You’d never guess by the look on his face, but Vinnie Jones is a free man – he was just found not guilty of three counts of assault in a bar brawl in South Dakota. Jones was in South Dakota “hunting pheasant.” No kidding. The guy Vinnie punched sold his story to a British tabloid and made money. Jones really dressed up for court and it paid off. Why anybody would start a fight with him is hard to imagine.

Hollywood hardman Vinnie Jones and former Sex Pistol turned radio host, Steve Jones, hung out at a Celebrity Soccer Tournament in LA. Steve’s extremely popular and eclectic radio show “Jonesy’s Jukebox” was cancelled when the Indie 103.1 radio station went off the air in January. The loss of Jonesy and Adam Carolla has turned LA radio into a wasteland of pop and ranchero music.

No frills for tough guy Vinnie Jones. Here he is getting his hair cut at budget conscious Fantastic Sam’s. (THAT’S something Brad Pitt would never do!) Vinnie faces six months in jail for that bar fight in South Dakota but he’s not worried – he insists “the truth will be revealed.”

It’s not often that you see TWO of those hard boiled sexy English gangsters from Guy Ritchie’s “Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels” and “Snatch.” But apparently Jason Statham and Vinnie Jones are friends in real life. They had lunch at Cafe Med and joked with paparazzi about doing a gay movie together. We think they both look better with shaved heads.

VINNIE JONES AND DAVID BECKHAM WON'T BE AUDITIONING FOR THE SAME ROLES

There’s one person who’s not thrilled or impressed that David Beckham has come to LA to play soccer for the LA Galaxy team. Maybe you could describe Vinnie Jones as a rival of Beckham. Vinnie is a notorious UK soccer player who was famous for playing ROUGH and ended up a tough guy in the movies. Guy Ritchie cast him in “Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels” and an acting career was born. Vinnie, one of our personal favorites, has since moved to Hollywood and is fulfilling Beckham’s dream of becoming an actor. Jones hasn’t lost his edge – when the subject of Beckham’s arrival came up, he snarled “Well, he’s only coming to look after Posh’s handbag, isn’t he?”

VINNIE JONES: GONE HOLLYWOOD?

Vinnie Jones was a former football player and reputed to be one of the most macho guys in the UK when he appeared as a very convincing gangster in Guy Ritchie’s “Lock, Stock, and Two Smoking Barrels.” (He WAS great, wasn’t he?) Not long after that film he moved to Hollywood to become a movie star and his English fans think tinseltown has ruined him. They were very upset to see this photo of Vinnie holding his dressed up little dog in one hand, and carrying a dainty shopping bag in the other!
