JADA PINKETT: “THERE’S A TIME FOR HEALING AND I’M HERE FOR IT”

Just as we predicted, Jada Pinkett is NOT taking sides on the Will Smith debacle. She has obviously been warned by her “people” that she can’t win- whether she backs up her husband or apologizes for him- people will criticize her. We had hoped that Jada was too independent to hold back her real feelings, but her “diplomatic” and absurdly vague statement posted on Instagram has succeeded in saying absolutely NOTHING. THIS is the best she can do?

Chris Rock Jada Pinkett Oscars Will Smith

JADA PINKETT DOESN’T WANT TO TALK ABOUT IT

What we REALLY want to know is how did Jada Pinkett feel about her husband Will’s behavior at the Oscars! She has kept conspicuously quiet about the issue. Do you suppose she felt GRATEFUL that Will “chivalrously” defended her against Chris Rock’s remarks? Keep in mind, being compared to Demi Moore in G.I.Jane is HARDLY an insult. Certainly Will violently overreacted, but did Jada secretly appreciate it? Or was she appalled and HUMILIATED? Jada happened to look fabulous on Oscar night and Will’s behavior pulled attention away from her and everyone else. We’ve heard about their marriage problems – will this help or hurt their relationship? Jada will be criticized either way – whether she supports Will’s behavior or condones it – so we think she will NOT comment. Meanwhile, we don’t think Chris Rock did anything wrong and he carried on like a trouper. We also think Will’s “people” forced him to make that apology today to avoid getting kicked out of the Academy.

Chris Rock G.I. Jane Oscars Slap Will Smith

WILL SMITH WILL NEVER BE THE SAME

At least in our opinion. We remember meeting Will Smith back in the 90’s when The Fresh Prince of Bel Air made him a star. It was backstage at an award show and Will was a sweet guy who seemed to talk about God a lot. That nice guy image was shattered on the Oscars last night when Will turned into a monster – for no logical reason- leaping onstage and smacking Chris Rock in the face, threatening and cursing on live TV, – because Chris made a mild – and not unflattering – joke about Jada Pinkett’s shaved head and Demi Moore’s film G.I. Jane. Shockingly, Smith was not removed from the audience, and he went on to win the Best Actor Oscar. His rambling, tearful acceptance speech only made him seem MORE out of control. Mental problems? Substance problems? Of ALL people – Will Smith? Everyone is wondering today…

Bad Boys For Life Martin Lawrence Miami Will Smith

BAD BOYS BAD BOYS, WHATCHA GONNA DO?

It’s been almost 25 years since Will Smith and Martin Lawrence played hip young Miami cops in the first Bad Boys action comedy movie, and it was a box office bonanza. They managed to pull together a Bad Boys II in 2006, and it was an even BIGGER hit. A third film in the franchise percolated around Hollywood for 13 years before it came together and Bad Boys For Life is now filming in Miami with Will and Martin and two new acclaimed directors from Belgium. Martin and Will are now old-school cops in their 50’s (but just as funny) and they are called in to work on a drug case with hotshot young detectives. What could possibly go wrong?

WILL AND JADA TURNED UP FOR THE NAACP AWARDS IN THEIR OSCAR FINERY

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett went ALL OUT for the NAACP Image Awards in Pasadena this year. Since they boycotted the Oscars, we’re guessing the power couple wore their Oscar outfits and consequently out-dressed everyone else. Too bad the event wasn’t televised live. Jada’s gown is extravagant and beautiful. They were the toast of the evening, but Will still didn’t win – Michael B Jordan took home the award for best male performance for Creed. And rightly so, Will’s movie Concussion simply wasn’t as good.

“Annie” star Quvenzhane Wallis has Willow Smith’s genes to thank for her juicy role in the new movie. Willow’s parents Will Smith and Jada Pinkett worked for years to get the movie into production with the intention of having Willow star as Annie. But by the time they were ready to start filming, Willow, now 14, had shot up to well over five feet tall! Instead of taking after her petite mother, Willow is lanky and tall like her dad. The National Enquirer seems DETERMINED to break up Will and Jada Smith’s marriage no matter WHAT. For many months, they have been writing about how the celebrity pair are rarely seen together, and calculating how much the divorce will cost (215 million!) But Will has always spent time away from the family while filming his blockbuster movies, and Jada thinks nothing of going on concert tours with her band for months at a time. They’ve been married for 16 years and seem to give each other plenty of freedom without resentment. Will HATES the idea of divorce, and Jada seems to have a great life with him, so why would she call it off? We can’t come up with a good reason for them to split. Justin Bieber Scientology Scooter Braun Will Smith

JUSTIN BIEBER’S MANAGER IS DETERMINED TO KEEP HIM AWAY FROM SCIENTOLOGY

Justin Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun has no intention of letting Scientology get a hold on his famous and vulnerable client. Braun told the Hollywood Reporter he was happy when Will Smith paid a surprise visit to Justin last May – he pulled the hard-partying singer out of bed for a three hour conversation. Justin was thrilled and duly impressed that the major movie star cared enough to take the time to do that. Now they have a weekly call to discuss whatever issues come up in Justin’s life. Justin’s manager IS making sure, however that the subject of Scientology NEVER comes up. (Imagine how happy Scientologists would be to recruit Justin – and have access to all his impressionable fans!
