Bradley Cooper’s romance with his “Case 39” costar Renee Zellweger continues to flourish. He’s a longtime member of the exclusive Equinox gym on Sunset and “The Hangover” star brought Renee along as a guest for a recent workout. They were both dressed down in sweats and worked out with free weights and on machines. According to a witness “They were friendly, but not obviously affectionate. On the way out, Renee put on her big sunglasses and looked like a movie star. “

Matthew Perry obviously didn’t like that photo we posted last January of him looking hefty where we compare him to Joey Buttafouco. He’s looking much fitter these days because he’s doing all the right things. Perry is working out with a special trainer at a private gym in Beverly Hills four times a week. And, according to an employee at a restaurant he frequents near the gym, he’s on the Hollywood Diet: scrambled egg whites and broiled chicken. So Matthew is obviously sculpting himself a new body.

We’re not saying that Jackie Warner sleeps around, but she certainly GETS around! The Work Out star’s love life seems to be a chaotic mystery and it just got more complicated. Only weeks ago she said farewell to her bartender girlfriend Brianna, and immediately hooked up with Elizabeth Keener. They were seen smooching all over West Hollywood during Gay Pride weekend. Last night Jackie was partying at East West Lounge (Thursday night is ladies night) and she was making a big public display of affection with Mimi, her Brazilian exgirlfriend from the first season of the show! They were necking openly in a booth right upfront, looking deliriously happy. Elizabeth was nowhere to be seen.

Elizabeth Keener, who plays Dawn on The L Word, has always avoided questions about her sexual preference, so when she hooked up with power lesbian Jackie Warner it became big news! Jackie’s love life is prominently featured on her Bravo series “Work Out.” We were told that Jackie broke up with her bartender girlfriend Briana, who works at Club 11, on Tuesday, and that same night was seen passionately making out with Elizabeth on the sidewalk. In the last few days, Jackie and Elizabeth also turned up at Republic and The Abbey, holding hands and looking very affectionate. A word of caution to Elizabeth: Jackie’s romances usually only last one season!

HAS JACKIE WARNER ADDED MENDACITY TO HER LONG LIST OF ACCOMPLISHMENTS?

We were really amused by Jackie Warner’s comments to reporter Chris Yandek about her DUI arrest in 2006. We included the DUI story (first printed in The National Enquirer) in an item about her excessive partying being in contrast to the “healthy lifestyle” she promotes on her Bravo reality series Work Out. Jackie, a hot lesbian icon, says a disgruntled exgirlfriend sold the story and called it “ridiculous.” She said “The National Enquirer pays people to write bad articles. It was so absurd that I talked to my (law) firm and they said, just ignore it. It’s the National Enquirer.” That’s odd, we’re thinking that if there were no legal evidence of that DUI, Jackie would certainly have demanded a retraction, at the very least.

It’s always a surprise to run into Carrot Top - especially at the Fred Segal store in West Hollywood. We have no beef with “California casual” attire, but this look is WAY too locker-room sloppy for us. And while we’re on the subject of locker rooms, Carrot Top ought to think about working on his LOWER body for a change. His slim legs are a bit out of proportion.

HUGH LAURIE DOESN'T NEED A FANCY GYM TO WORK OUT, BUT HE DOES HAVE A PORSCHE PARKED OUTSIDE

24 Hour Fitness, located in West Hollywood, is not a fancy gym. In fact it’s one of the least expensive gyms available and it adheres to a no frills policy. If the showers are hot, it’s a good day. Hand dryers have replaced paper towels and the Jacuzzis are packed with heavy-set elderly people. Still, it’s located in the heart of the gay mecca, Boy’s Town, so it’s a gayish crowd. (” Sex police” patrol the men’s locker room.) So it WAS a surprise to see a successful multiple Emmy winning actor nonchalantly working out on the weight machines. “House” doc Hugh Laurie has been voted one of the sexiest guys on TV, so he’s obliged to KEEP that trim build, although he’s not spending a lot of money to do so. He did his workout alone and left without causing a stir.

Madonna is putting Gwyneth Paltrow through her paces in the UK – she’s teaching Gwyneth how she disciplines herself every day in the gym. They’ve been friends for years and Madonna credits herself with helping Gwyneth give up smoking. Gwyneth smoked two packs a day until Madonna started pushing her to break the nasty habit.
