Newly single Charlize Theron, 37, looked gorgeous and available at the MTV Movie Awards, but she didn’t give Russell Brand a tumble. Host Russell, also 37, joked onstage that he was looking for love – he and his estranged wife Katy Perry originally hooked up at the awards two years ago. Charlize caught his eye backstage he attempted to draw her into a conversation. Brand turned on the charm that worked so well on Katy. Charlize was polite but didn’t seem particularly impressed and cut the conversation short. Odd – she usually likes English guys.

He is annoying and not funny.She is very beautiful but strikes me as bit weird.

I’m not a fan of his. However, I do hope he begins to have some success soon. He has been given some really cool opportunities.
He needs to reinvent himself somehow and quickly.

Yes bathe more, deep down bathing. And get rid of a ton of all the facial hair, probably filled with lice nits. Then he can start on other things such as stupid pick-up lines and checking with the health department to see if he’s picked up any gross disease from all the gals he brags about being with.

She strikes me also as being weird, something you can’t define, just weird.
There’s a huge difference in maturity of a 25 year old (Katy Perry at the time she met RB) and a 37 year old woman. Katy was young and impressionable. CT has had much more experience with (I’m guessing) sophisticated wealthy men – Russell probably came across as a charming “mutt.”
He is a no-talent creep. I don’t get what the attraction is. She is way out of his league.
