CHEECH AND CHONG: WE KNOW WHAT THAT SMELL IS!

70’s comedy icons Cheech and Chong are going back on the road together with their standup act and dope stories. They split up over 25 years ago but they DID stay in touch. For they past few years they mulled over getting back together and finally said “Let’s just DO it!” Remember, this is the team that inspired today’s stoners “Harold and Kumar.” Entertainment reporter Sue Facter told us that Cheech Marin, 62, and Tommy Chong,70, announced their endeavor at a press conference today at the place where they were discovered – The Troubadour in West Hollywood. They were surrounded by what looked like marijuana plants. The tour was almost called “Hey, What’s That Smell?” but for some reason it was changed to “Light Up America.” If all goes well a movie could be next. (See them Dec 6 at the Gibson Amphitheater in LA)

   Why is smoking pot apparently cool (inhaling and holding smoke in your lungs) and smoking is not? What’s the difference?
