Christina Aguilera is still shopping for furnishings for her new house and we hear that shop owners aren’t thrilled to see her coming. Apparently she spends a lot of time picking out expensive pieces and then has her people try to finagle a discount. Not just the customary 10% “decorators” discount, but what she refers to as a “celebrity discount.” Maybe she doesn’t realize that furniture stores are not like clothing stores. Fashion people give big discounts because they want celebrities to be seen wearing their clothes. But, chances are, no one is going to see what she sits on at home!
