“CITY ISLAND” IS WORTH THE PRICE OF ADMISSION

Looking for a sweet, funny character-driven movie to see this weekend? “City Island” is an excellent choice. Andy Garcia is adorable as a corrections officer who aspires to be an actor, and he has an eccentric family full of secrets of their own. Dad brings home a hunky prisoner (his secret son) and the guy creates havoc with family members. It’s a good natured family comedy that’s full of surprises and ironic moments. A welcome relief from unfunny big budget movies, and it has a happy ending!

  1. Andy Garcia is an exception in Hollywood. He doesn’t mouth off like the brainless leftist pennhanksmooredamon-etal. I do wonder what he thinks of them after having lived the Castro atrocities against the Cuban people while his Hollywood peers remain clueless that they need their lips to be surgically cut from castro’s rectum.

  2. damn, WE’RE DEALING AMERICANS AGAIN……………….folks?

  3. Andy Garcia is a class act in Hollywood where dingy jeans and high priced hooded warm ups make ghetto style cool
