Coco Arquette,10, is BURSTING with happiness as she and her mom Courteney Cox and her boyfriend Johnny McDaid leave after a shopping spree at Barneys in Beverly Hills. Coco is wearing some high platform shoes and Courteney and Johnny are keeping an eye on her to make sure she doesn’t trip and fall. Coco has a new little half brother Charlie born last spring to her father David Arquette and his girlfriend Christina McLarty. Both families seem to get along.

You know what? I had my first pair of “heels” at 9 1/2 because I had adult sized feet! Okay, maybe not that high. They were modest but I felt grown up. So what!
