David Arquette and Courteney Cox want to make sure that their little girl Coco doesn’t feel left out now that mommy’s got a new boyfriend (Johnny McDaid) and David’s girlfriend Christine McLarty is expecting a baby boy. They got together to prepare for Coco’s tenth birthday and stopped by the Marc Jacobs store to do some shopping. Coco, in the purple dress, was wearing a little bit of lipstick and she danced to the music inside the store.

Let’s be honest people: Courtney looks like some sort of small chimp, her face is disgusting, she used to be so gorgeous. Money does not buy happiness, she looks miserable and like she is a baker case.

Courteney Cox has made herself so ugly with her latest plastic surgeries. her nasolabial folds are only accentuated by her over-inflated, down-turned lips. blecch.
