Cybill Shepherd was considered a first class diva when she starred in “Moonlighting” with Bruce Willis in the 80’s and he loathed her behavior and demands. But all that’s changed, according to her recent coworkers. Cybill has metamorphosed into a “kind and generous” costar. She appreciates her career and wants to keep working until she drops dead. (We’ve heard she really envies Jane Lynch’s role on “Glee” and would love to replace her if she ever leaves.) Cybill,60, still gets TV work, but she’s also preparing a one-woman cabaret show singing torch songs and hopes to perform at elegant places like the Carlyle Hotel.

Ah, come on. Shepherd is deluded. Jane Lynch has character and intelligence, and has busted her chops to create a much-sought-after persona. Cybill might as well have said she wants to have Kathy Griffin’s, Chelsey Handler’s or Margaret Cho’s career.
Shepherd was the pretty girl who managed to stretch her 15 minutes pretty far, and pretty thin. Retire already!

Why don’t actors realize they need to leave the diva attitude at home when they’re on top of their game? Mind you, her sitcom Cybill was funny. It’s a shame some celebs let it go to their heads to later regret it.
I loved Moonlighting, but I really loved the Cybill sitcom. Her bad behavior on sets was pretty well documented. I saw her on a British chat show once and she was gross–may have even been drunk/high. I like her voice and hope her career lasts, just wish she had grown up a lot earlier. Oh, and I loved when she did the Martha Stewart movie!

This old broad has had a wild life and says and does anything she feels like. As she ages, she gets more and more outspoken about any and everything. Also, I guess it’s common knowledge that she likes to swing both ways….like whatever is available at the moment.
PS: And, at least she did not get plumped up lips, such as the hideous job received by Ivana Trump and Melanie Griffith.

Women have come to think a little too much of themselves. They all think they are superwomen just because they have periods, and can give birth. So, many women can be loud-mouthed and arrogant to begin with. Then when they get older, they think they should be even more opinionated and pushy.
That kind of behavior was obnoxious coming from men. It is no less so coming from women. Ladies, get a grip – a bitch is still a bitch by any other name.

Those who age the worst are men with white-male entitlement attitude, especially if they have money. Bluejay, the women I come across daily are far from gracious, whether the twenty-something HR person who thinks she is a genius and everyone else a moron, or the 75 year old retiree who walks into a store and expects all other customers to get out, and the staff to give her their undivided attention.
I think it is true that the most obnoxious people are still older white males. But give it time – women are closing in fast.
Women turn into total C-words around menopause then they mellow out once it’s over and start to accept that they aren’t “hot” anymore and can’t get whatever they want just by looking pretty.

I’ve always been intrigued with her, right from her start with Bogdonovich. She was stunningly beautiful. She still is very pretty, natural looking. Loved the Cybil sitcom way better than Moonlighting (thought she and Willis were both obnoxious on screen). Haven’t read her book, but I kinda think she still deserves to be a character actor….why not?

No one in this world can stay young forever and Miss Cytbill Shepherd is still Sexy on so many level and She brings enough to the table to add her delight to and her acting is incredible and breath taking and when she takes on a role…She really makes it her own and…!! I mean she is still a Diva but on a nother level and I mean Smart-ness and She can be sweet as Honey and Sour ass Granny smith apple and she can be tart as Straight Lemon shot to your mouth and I Know this woman can tackle any role that is shoved in her direction. She has aged with Grace and Class.
When your young your sexy but when you get older every one has some lost of that look but I bet you she can still get a man just like that…She is still attractive and some one out there will want her.
In life you always feel young at heart even if the out side is telling the world a different story but there are men out there that really love her and have big time crush on this woman?
Sooner or later we all get old and are looks are gone but the nice thing is that we have lived are life and had some fun and got around and got laid and made are love with the people that we wanted and has a History and feelings and thoughts and concerns and see what the future is going to hold and what path life leads us but sooner or later we all get old and are youth is used up and we have to age but there is nothing we can do about it and sooner or later the same person that is bitching about old age is going to be in the same boat.
