We absolutely LOVE the fact that David Arquette has dedicated his new Hollywood club to his late mother Mardi, who was a burlesque dancer early in her life. Not only did he name the place “Bootsy Bellows” after her pin-up name, but he plastered the place with photos of her in her 1960’s heyday. Naughty vintage magazine covers, bondage and topless photos- the works – reminiscent of Bettie Page. David told the Hollywood Reporter that she eventually settled down and went on to become a marriage and family counselor. “This is a way of honoring her youth!”

I am sure Arquette means well and the tribute is sweet. However, nude pictures of his mom plastered around is too much and just plain nasty. Plus, who would want strangers looking at their mommy nude?!!!???

I LOVE the Arquettes!! Way to go David! I can now understand why he might be divorced…but if I were his wife I’d be proud!
My Mom was a hottie herself in her younger years but became overweight as years went on. She’d be thrilled if I did this for her 😀
Besides, the whole Shades OF Grey book is going on…it fits society today…good or bad.
