DAVID BECKHAM: WHY DON’T AMERICAN MEN DRESS LIKE THIS FOR SPORTING EVENTS?

We feel obligated to point it out when men succeed in looking exceptionally well dressed, because it doesn’t happen all that often. David Beckham seldom disappoints. Here he is looking incredibly dapper at the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Championship in the UK. He’s sharing the royal box with another soccer legend – Bobby Charlton, who was apparently the “David Beckham” of the 1960s. We love that he has our last name.

  1. It’s the Royal Box , jacket and tie is the dress code for men, turn up in jeans and baseball cap and you won’t be allowed in. If he was in the regular seats he would be in jeans and tee-shirt.

  2. Not to mention that Beckham doesn’t have to choose between paying rent or getting another $1,000.oo shirt.

  3. american men think when they wear sporting clothes people in general see them as professional sporters.

    really?

    hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!

  4. He looks so fine here. And I’m not even a huge fan.

Go to any ML game in the States and you see fat guys with beer guts hangin’ out, piggin’ out on beer and dogs. (I know – I’ve been to many ML games)

  5. XYZ, take your meds, oh … btw, you’re drooling again
