DON'T MISS KEANU REEVES IN STREET KINGS

Street Kings is probably the best movie Keanu Reeves has ever done. He’s perfectly cast as a fearless but morally ambiguous LA cop involved in corruption WAY over his head. It’s a fast, extremely violent movie loaded with unexpected twists and turns. Los Angeles has never looked more threatening. You just don’t know WHO to trust. As much as we dislike violence, we still loved the movie. If you crave a really engrossing experience, this Fox Searchlight production is well worth the price of admission and it opens this weekend. Watch the trailer!

  1. Wow Janet, thanks for the advice. Are you on Fox’s or Keanu’s payroll?

  2. The reason the movie is good is because the screen play was written by James Ellroy. Why not give him credit, Janet?
Remember it’s writers that make movies and directors who tend to screw it up thus leaving the editors to fix the mess the director has made.

  3. Ellroy wrote this? Quelle suprise.
The pitch was something like this:
“LA Confidential in the present day.”
Ellroy writes one story. Over and over and…

  4. Ellroy can write the same thing over and over and it will still be better than 90% of the crap that hollyweird has been putting out.

  5. Shaddup Turd Vandenberg. Sick of police corruption stories, what is this the 6th one the past few years.

  6. Keanu is a tortured soul. I hate violent movies; in fact most of the trash that is put out nowadays. Keanue is tortured because of much personal sadness in his life, one being his sister’s long-running illness.

  7. “Miss Keanu Reeves in Street Kings”?
Janet you are being very hard on her, even for you. Meow!

  8. the best movie he’s ever done? ever seen the matrix to say the least?? then why did you go watch it if you “dislike” violence, you “delicate” dafffffffodil????

  9. The movie Street Kings is out on DVD now. I watched it, and it was great! Keanu was great in this movie too!
Maybe Janet is just being honest. Keanu looked good in the movie too.
