For the last six months, In Touch magazine has been trumpeting that Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are secretly dating. Jamie is a good friend of Katie’s ex-husband Tom Cruise and credits Tom for boosting his career. The magazine continues to promote this totally fake story as their exclusive scoop because Katie and Jamie can’t be bothered to address it. (Katie is not even Jamie’s “type” – if you know what we mean) They are simply friends. Think about it – would either Katie or Jamie risk offending Tom by having an affair? You don’t date your powerful ex-husband’s friend OR the person who helped your career. It’s completely out of character for Katie and we wish In Touch would stop beating this dead horse of a story. And I doubt that Foxx gives a damn about Cruise & his sensibilities, since Foxx obviously knows Lil Tommiegirl prefers his own kind & I’m sure you know what that means!
