Omigosh! The last time we saw Redmond O’Neal he was tall and skinny and had bright red hair (above with his father Ryan O’Neal in 2007.) Nowadays, he looks so different that if his mother Farrah Fawcett were alive, SHE might not recognize him. Redmond, 28, has spent most of his adult life either in jail or rehab for drugs and firearms charges. He finished his court ordered treatment in October and will be on probation for three more years. For the past 9 month he seems to have been behaving, but he looks like a different person. He shaved his head, packed on some poundage and got some new tattoos. Click HERE to see how he looks today.

Still plenty good looking. As long as he’s sober, who cares if he’s gained a few pounds. I wish him smooth sailing from here on.
Agree with Jeanne. The gained weight indicates he’s off drugs. Good for him.

I agree with all the above comments. His dad has always been a rotten person and only thought of himself. Hard to believe Farrah ever hooked up with him. All of Ryan’s kids had big problems. He shafted everyone of their mothers when he got too big for his britches. I always felt bad for Joanna Moore his first wife.

Yes, Ryan is/was a horrible father. Redmond needs some big-time guidance, something neither Ryan nor Farrah seemed to be able to give.

Good for him gaining weight and being off drugs. His body will go back to a better metabolism in a few years once he is clean and sober for a while.
