GARY DOURDAN: NO JAIL TIME, AND HE'S GETTING HIS CSI JOB BACK!

How lucky can a guy be? First Gary Dourdan was bounced from his CSI show and then on April 28 after Coachella, he was caught with a pharmacy of drugs in his car. He pleaded guilty to possession of coke and ecstasy and got off without a jail sentence. He must complete a drug program, but when he’s finished, ALL charges will be dropped. When the CSI people heard he was in a drug program they decided to give him another chance. If he completes the drug treatment they’ll bring him back next season. Some people have all the luck!

   Lets hope he does not blow this second chance with CSI. We all have to learn how to forgive. I wish him well.

   WRONG WRONG WRONG. He should have been given at least 500 hours of community service. Go into schools, shelters, jails, etc., tell them his story and beg them to stay away from coke, ecstasy, and all drugs. The a** h*le judge must have been a friend or a relative. Can any one in this screwed up world get anything right?

   Not fair. $$$ can buy you favors under the table. The non-rich average joe would have been given plenty of jail time.

   Bu – i agree with you. He’s my favourite character in CSI…so sad that he is wasting his life away with drugs and booze. I hope he get’s clean and sobor.

   cant fire someone with a drug problem without first offering help
   they have to and should be helping a man in need
