The jaded LA audience actually squirmed in their theater seats at the premier of “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” and that doesn’t happen often. What made them uncomfortable was the abundance of full frontal male nudity provided by Jason Segal. Our source at the premier said that Jason appears at least seven or eight times in the movie in scenes where he’s TOTALLY naked. This R rated movie is not your typical date movie, but despite the exhibitionism, the crowd really liked it.
I find it impossible to believe someone paid and went into a R rated movie and was shocked, squirmed in their seats?!
“They” could be called the “Grapes of Wrath” by Mr. Johnson.

^^^ There’s nothing wrong with it, but as a selling point, nudity as a stunt usually means a mediocre film overall.
“Basic Instinct” was a ridiculously overrated movie that clung desperately to the novelty of lesbian sexuality and the gratuitous flash of Sharon Stone’s beaver.

Oh boy. Another Judd Apatow movie featuring lovable pothead losers and the women who are either hateful shrwes or hot chicks dumb enough to fall for the pothead losers. I’ve got to say this: the guy found a formula and he’s sticking to it. No more creativity like in “Freaks and Geeks.” Just stereotypes and an inability to edit resulting in unfunny “comedies” that last two and a half hours. He’s a genius!

What’s wrong with male nudity, full frontal or otherwise? What’s wrong with people who squirm? Do they think every man’s a rapist or basement window masturbator? There has been way too much male frontal nudity in mainstream movies, plays, and on HBO. Where is the female frontal nudity ? Yes, breasts have been seen but why isn’t there as much female frontal nudity as male frontal nudity ? This is a continuation of a blantant, disgusting double standard.
