HERE’S YOUR CHANCE TO MEET THE CELEBRITY YOU CAN’T STAND

If THIS isn’t the place to look for people who LOVE or HATE certain celebrities we don’t know what is! Some of you dear readers might want to think about contacting Doron Ofir Casting – they are actively seeking the celebrity obsessed for a new reality series where the fans or “haters” get to confront the celebrities they like or dislike. They want pairs of friends, couples, coworkers, whatever – with passionate celebrity likes and dislikes. (We have a feeling the “dislikes” are what they’re really interested in.) Applicants should be “quick-witted, fun, and outgoing.” We think this casting is for the new CW show above called “H8R ” – or maybe not. If anybody from this site gets cast, we expect to get all the backstage gossip! (See Kim K and Snooki on the H8R show above)

  1. WALT CLIFF….Walt, See my comment to you under “Lenny Kravitz”.

  2. JANET….I am getting a message on my computer that there is a security breach or a virus or something on your website. I deleted the message that came up without thinking. Do you know about this?

    Stephen King
    Ann Margret (gorgeous!!!!)
    Jennifer Aniston (funny)
    Natalie Portman (beautiful and talented)

  4. Sounds like Hollywood has finally reached the bottom of the cesspool, circling the drain.
What happened to all the good shows back in the day? Y’know when TV was worth getting up from the couch & changing channels with the dial? Yes I know that dates me but hey, memories are all you have from life so ensure they are good ones.

  5. @yoyo,

Yes! Like the old Carol Burnett Show with Harvey Korman and Tim Conway. We’d pop some popcorn and hurry to the living room!

  6. @Walt,

Right you are sir, I loved Carol Burnett & the entire cast, still laugh over that window dressing she wore in that Gone with the Wind skit. Remember those Dean Martin Roasts? You could burst a kidney laughing. That man was witty & a class act. Then there was Simon Templar, Hawaii Five O, Mannix, Cannon, Police Woman, now Ms Dickenson, talk about classy. Starsky & Hutch, Baretta, Emergency, the list goes on. Gee, this is starting to sound like a TV obituary. Anyways, before this post turns into a manuscript (hint hint Hollywood?) Thankfully we can still relive the moments popcorn included, via Youtube.
PS: Totally agree with your list but I do like Valerie. Anyways,
    10-4

  7. @yoyo,

You mentioned the Dean Martin Roasts! I loved watching the late comedian Foster Brooks (He played a great drunk!!!) on those roasts.

  8. @Walt,

I don’t think Foster was playing (LOL) However, you are correct in saying he was one of the finest. Thank God for comedians & a sense of humor, that’s truly a blessing when the world kicks you around, you can still manage to laugh.

  9. Everybody Loves Somebody Sometimes!!
    That’s Amoure!!
I’m so happy we had this time together!!
    Carol Burnett’s Tarzan yell.
Those were the days ( as only Archie and Edith could sing it).
Jackie Gleason (and away we go).
Flip Wilson (in drag as Geraldine) talking about “Killer.”
Horse walks into a bar, bartender takes one look at him, and ask “hey why the long face.”
Skeleton walks into a bar, tells the bartender “give me a beer and a mop.”
“And that’s the way it is” on 7-7-11. Who could forget (Uncle) Walter Cronkite, the most trusted (News) man in America!!

  10. @Leo,

    LOL!!!!!! 🙂

Now, your bringing back some great memories!!! You always remember all the cool stuff!!

Flip Wilson as Geraldine was priceless …..”What you see is what you get”

  11. sorry to say but russell brand ain’t an american.

  12. @Walt Cliff”
“And you ain’t seen Nothing yet.”

    @The American:
Neither is The Terminator, Governator, Sperminator Arnuld Swarenzenegger!!

  13. A battery walks into a seedy bar, well know hangout of cutthroats and thieves, the barkeeper sighed and said, ‘Ok.. I will serve you., but don’t start anything.’

  14. How in the world I don’t like some one that I never met? I don’t understand that and will never understand that and when I see some one on T.V. I can’t stand!!! I just turn off the set and leave it off but off hand I can’t think of one single person but there is some thing for everything in life and How in the world do people come up with this Stupid Ideas and This show seems like it is going to be crazy and Dumb as Hell to me.

  15. @deecee:

    LOL!!

You fit right in with this rowdy bunch of “pen pals” on this site!!

    @ Walt Cliff:
    TGIF!!
What’s for dinner, and desert tonight?
    Please No fish and grits!!

  16. @Leo,

It’s fish friday!!! (grilled salmon, cucumber salad, stuffed tomatoes and homemade blueberry ice cream!!) I have two of the grandbabies tonight. The oldest is barrel racing with her mom at a horse show. She’s 9 and has won quite a few barrel races already. We’ll go tomorrow night and film them at the local horse show.

Don’t worry Leo, the grits will be made for breakfast tomorrow morning with eggs and homemade raisin bread (toast).

I left you a message on the “Princess Caroline” section. Not sure if you read it or not. 🙂

  17. P.S.
    Wow!!
    Homemade blueberry ice cream??
    Homemade raisin bread??

Read your message on the Princess Caroline site. Finally, after all of these years, she is a sister in law, and Prince Albert is off the market. Princess Stephanie must have been read the riot act because she has been keeping out of the News in recent years.
All in the family, have a wonderful time tomorrow. Stay in touch!!

  18. @Leo,

It is a wonderful world. Gotta dodge good stuff, crazy stuff and sad stuff in life but it some how balances out in the end. I know I am blessed and I am grateful for it. Kids are napping.

I don’t get the homemade raisin bread that often but the kids like it and it is soooooo good with butter on it!!!! I’m dancing around the oven before it is ready. The smell drives me nuts!!!
