Perhaps our favorite of all the American Idol contestants is still Texan Jason Castro and it took him awhile, but he’s finally got an album out! He was a fourth place finalist on the seventh season. Dreadlocked Jason is only 22, but he got married to his high school sweetheart Mandy Mayhall on January 2 and credits her as “inspiration” for his music. He’s sweet and well-mannered and his music reflects his laid back personality.

I think he’s weird-looking. Can’t speak to an opinion on his personality because I don’t watch American Idol (this is not a snob comment; I’ve already admitted to watching one of the most embarrassing shows on tv).
I don’t care how well he sings, Jason Castro is a douche. If you’re a server at a restaurant, hope you never get this guy in your workplace. He left a $2 tip last month on a bill with 3 other guests…thank god it wasn’t my table.
