Hilary Duff just had her eyes checked in Toluca Lake, and judging by the way she’s dressed, she needed it. Her choice of a wooly thick winter scarf and a white tank top is a peculiar combination indeed. She does look smarter with the glasses on, though. We wonder if Hilary ever completed those online courses from Harvard University?

Waht utterly hateful scarf. I understand the scarf thing is in, but when appropiate. It’s not even a thin one. Just because something is in, does not mean you wear it w/ everything. With gym clothes? Really? In summer? Seriously? Agh, one of my pet peeves, along with those gigantic “purses” celebrities carry around.
