But it happens to be Jessica Simpson and SHE runs a billion dollar fashion company, so we have higher expectations! What possessed her! Jessica is blessed with so much natural beauty, but her too-tight outfit makes her look like – dare we say – a floozie! And those Kesha style sunglasses are just plain silly.
