HOWARD STERN HAS BEDBUGS IN HIS LIMO

New Yorkers are recoiling in horror from an infestation of bedbugs and even squeamish Howard Stern has been fighting them. The building where Howard does his Sirius radio show was treated for bedbugs over the weekend and Howard sounded doubtful on the air that the problem was over. Stern was doubly horrified when trained dogs sniffed out bedbugs in his limo and THAT had to be fumigated also. Certainly, Howard must be worried about his posh apartment in the city because the bugs travel so quickly. New York is currently the epicenter of the bedbug infestation and the pests cross all boundaries – from hotels to homes to clothing stores and theaters. They are NOT easy to destroy.

  1. Muslim terrorists….how easy would it be for them to plant bed bugs everywhere. NYC is always in danger. Something is mighty strange here that suddenly there is a major infestation in the most terrorist prone city. This is one of the prophecies of the end times: “There shall be pestilences”. And would not bed bugs be considered a pestilence? Matthew 24:7.

  2. P.S.: Put this warning along with all the other bizarre happenings and sufferings that are presently occuring worldwide: that should be food for thought. Anyone who watches the news and reads newspapers can compare the headlines with prophecy in the….dare I say it….Bible.

  3. Betty is right. If Disney animators were creating a flick about bedbugs, Howard could be their model.

  4. Howard has always looked like he had crabs, so at least they now have company.

  5. Indy, bed bugs are a problem in every major city. While a racist could make a legit argument that immigration has aggravated the situation, the bed bug problem in North America is causes by over-crowding and the reduction of personal space.

The corporate world is using the second and third worlds as models for the first, and forcing us all to reduce our living space, with more people sharing accommodation. The result: vermin, social problems, substance abuse, crime. Welcome to the New World Order.

  6. There is no doubt the bugs came arrived via immigration. The PC’ers just dont want to talk of it but fumigation at airport and checking for diseases by doctors should be required.

  7. Strom, bedbugs were completely obliterated from North America after the early-twentieth century, were they? You know this for a fact?

You are an example of the perfect mix of xenophobia and bad education.

  8. Sebastian they were. Bedbugs were considered to be a myth like Santa Claus because no one actually had any. The whole infestation in NYC began in Areas where there are large populations of immigrants from Africa and the middle East where these bugs are common.

  9. So?, there is no way of knowing that a species of animal, or insect, has been completely wiped out. And it is ridiculous to believe this about any type of vermin – the population just lays dormant for a while, that is all.

I don’t deny that immigration has been the main contributor to the problem. But, so has urban growth, and the disintegration of western economies, which has resulted in increases in shared accommodation, and a larger transient population.

  10. Now strom, I agree with you on this and it probably from people coming from third world countries.

  11. Sorry, a little post-economic-crash levity a la Ricky Gervais ; )

  12. Newsflash– it’s a wig folks.

I’m sure this another bs story his PR people put out.

  13. Lisa, Really???

That is such a laugh. Often wondered about the hair, as Stern is a standard New York Jew (Eastern European origins, yada yada) and male pattern baldness is very common with them.

Your pointing this out has made my day!

  14. He called Michael Jackson names and they both worn wigs. I never knew he worn a wig. Don’t care much about him after what he did to his first wife.

  15. Stern, like Madonna, is like walking conceptual art. It is not so much what he does directly, but how he interacts with the world that is so interesting.

Back before he went to satellite radio, I would occassionally listen to his show. It was so interesting that his fanbase were so moron-working-class – racist, sexist, homophobic, badly educated – yet Stern was so obviously liberal and sophisticated. He was obviously mocking all these people. Talk about subtext!

  16. They are a bitch to get rid of, I hear. So are scabies. Our whole family came down with them and we don’t know how it happened. While researching the subject, I found out that they can be passed on by a HANDSHAKE! They are also common in nursing homes. My son worked as a delivery man for a pharmacy. We’re wondering if he picked them up somewhere along the line.
