We never hear and we hardly ever see Howard Stern any more, but he turned up, as usual, for the North Shore Animal League Celebrity Gala at Cipriani in New York. Mrs Stern, Beth Ostrosky, is spokesperson for the no-kill rescue organization and like other celebrities, she and Howard brought their beloved bulldog Bianca to the fundraising party. We miss hearing Howard in the morning since he went to Siruis satellite radio.

  1. I don’t miss Stern on the radio. His act is paper thin. And satellite radio will go down as the biggest loser since Beta tapes. That’s where no talents go to die.

  2. The people who signed him to his big contract, must have fallen off their meds. The guy is a no talent hack. The contract doesn’t mean he has talent. Just that those offering were desperate and stupid. The company took it up the rear.

  3. Oh, come on! I think these two really DO love each other! Besides that, I love me some Howard Stern, crazy as he is! I hope he comes back SOMEWHERE where we can all hear his craziness again! I miss hearing him on teh radio…sniff, sniff!

  4. No reason not to hear Stern every morning — classic Stern every Sunday — and Stern-centric entertainment everyday. What’s wrong Ms. Charlton? Can’t afford $12.95/month for basic entertainment? STERN STILL RULES (even with a lameass handicap like the ArtieBeast) and the naysayers have their own agendas for perpetuating the fiction that Stern’s not heard anymore. Welcum to the 21st century!

  5. Howard rocks on Sirius. If anything, the show is better than ever. Too bad people are too cheap to get Sirius ! Artie also rocks as do the rest of the crew ! I THINK Beth loves Howard, I know he really loves her ! But then why wouldn’t he ?

  6. If you miss Howard, then get yourself Sirius radio. I’ve had it for almost 4 years, and I can’t go back to regular radio. It’s like the difference between cable tv and regular tv. Satellite radio has everything you could ever want to hear, when you want to hear it. And Howard’s show replays all day/night on ch 100, so you can catch the show at your convenience. Love it. You do realize that Sirius has like 9 million+ subscribers, right? Once you go satellite, you can’t go back.

  7. Does Howard have a wig on? Looks like his hair is shifted and lots of scalp showing.
