Howie Mandel has been trying to sell his Malibu house for two years but it languished on the market until he raised the price! The custom built home (5865 sq ft, 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, gym, theater, pool, spa, – the works – was originally listed for 7.25 million. No takers. This year he raised the price to 7.75 million, and it sold for 7 million. Interesting strategy. The fussy “America’s Got Talent” host probably got tired of the long commute to his various jobs.
