IF WE MUST HAVE A “MISS UNIVERSE,” AT LEAST WE GOT A GOOD ONE

The freshly crowned Miss Universe is a welcome variation on the usual winner – Miss South Africa Zozibini Tunzi has a cool haircut and a modern look. Zozibini says that everyone around her advised her to wear a wig for the contest (winners always have that long wavy hair) but she chose to take a chance with her natural hair. We love her fresh and delightful appearance, but we yearn for the day when “beauty contests” for women are a thing of the past. They always remind us of the Westminster Dog Show as they prance past the judges. Happily, ratings were down 18% this year…

  1. Janet don’t be such a stick in the mud. There is nothing inherently wrong with beauty pageants. They provide opportunities for bigger and better things. Ask Vanessa Williams. I wish people would stop politicizing everything and just chill out with all the feminist/racial dribble. So she’s black. Big deal. So Is Vanessa.

  2. Janet is just a mentally ill radical feminist kunt who is bitter because no one in hollywood wanted to bang her ugly ass.

  3. These type of shows do not belong anymore . It’s no longer 1955
