Jenny McCarthy’s appearance on Oprah talking about her breakup with Jim Carrey inspired a source to call and tell us the OTHER side of the story. This Playboy source revealed that Jenny, who seems so sweet, actually STALKED Jim Carrey some years ago when he started going to the Playboy mansion. When Jenny first met Jim, she kept her son a secret so she wouldn’t scare him off. Jenny was smart and Jim was very good to her. Oprah avoids anything related to Playboy, but she likes Jim and when he introduced her to Jenny and the talk show idea came up, Oprah was open minded. It seems to be common knowledge among Jenny’s Playboy friends that she walked away from her romance with Jim Carrey with five million dollars, a Beverly Hills house, and a talk show backed by Oprah. Not a bad haul.

Sure, she stalked Jim at the PlayBoy mansion, because she spent a lot of time at the mansion. To be anywhere near Hefner in any shape form or fashion automatically makes you a sl**, wh***, g***d*****. Never liked this trashy looking dame. If this is true, I don’t know why Jim felt he had to give her $5Mil, etc.

Maybe Jim thought $5M & a house was a cheap solution to end his relationship with her and maybe entitle him to a few future quickies if he felt so inclined.
Jenny was a Catholic-school girl. She posed for Playboy in her twenties. That is when she became a tart. So, she was a late bloomer?
Jenny loved Jim very much. And, Jim loved Jenny! It just is sad that her son loved Jim too. I hope Evan gets to see him?

Well, Jenny is not exactly like Gibson’s Ho. She has some degree of her own fame, and must be worth a few million on her own (her books always end up on the best seller lists, she earned good money doing playboy and appearing on TV and in films. Plus, she is not wreckless with her money).
McCarthy did put her career on the backburner when she was with Carey, and for that alone, she deserved some compensation in the split. And 10 or 15 million dollars is chump-change for Carey.
As for the Oprah deal, say what you want about Jenny, she is pretty smart, very witty (she can hold her own with Chelsea Handler and the rest of that crowd) and has had some wild life experiences. She is more interesting than most.
II watched a portion of Jenny’s interview with Oprah and wish I could have each second back. What did she learn from Jim Carrey? “How to cry” (I’ll bet she returned the favor by teaching him to weep as well) and that “I don’t need to take a lover to be loved.” Oprah, inexplicably, seemed blown away by these llife lessons. But my favorite moment had nothing to do with Jenny or Jim. It was when “Waiting to Exhale” author Terry McMillan..ONCE AGAIN…talked about marrying and divorcing her gay ex-husband. He’d lied to her don’t you know! The clip of this guy…Ru Paul on steroids with much less flattering lip gloss…apologizing for not being honest during the marriage was unintentionally hysterical. Even a cave-dwelling housewife from Papua New Guinea would have known he was gay, let alone an educated author from Phoenix! I am now convinced more than ever than half of celebrity’s “shocking revelations” are trumped up for public consumption by publicists who know that talk shows need to book guests and the public is idiotic beyond comprehension.

Jerry, I can’t disagree with you on most of that. However, I do think McCarthy is pretty damn sexy, and a bit of a laugh. Sure, celebs are full of bulls**t, but then again, so are most regular people. At least celebs BS for their careers and the money. Most regular people BS because they are screwed up messes without the time, money or inclination to engage in any for of analysis.
Sebastian, you bring up a great point. When I first became aware of Jenny McCarthy (10+ years ago) not only did I find her incredibly hot but she was genuinely funny. I think one of the networks even gave her a shot at a sitcom, maybe not the lead role but in an ensemble at the very least. To find a gorgeous actress who’s funny isn’t easy. But once she became invested in autism (which I respected until it became a platform more for self-promotion than her son) she lost her sense of humor. She should take a pass on the OWN show and try to develop a sitcom again.
Anyone who even enters the germ and bacteria laden PlayBoy mansion has a mind that is automatically infected with filth filth filth. Sure they are both multi millionaires, but when they are old and gray and unrepentant they will be sorry, and ***SOME*** of us know why.
When she did those Candy shoes pictures sitting on the toilet with her panties down around her ankles, that turned me off her for life. So gross. Who knew that years later millions of young girls would take pictures of themselves doing that and posting them on Facebook?
Jerry, Yup, I agree. And, BTW, it was her sitcom. It wasn’t great, but wasn’t the worst thing either. It should have been given more of a chance.
Agree on the autism thing too. Some people get all issue-crazy. It is no different from the Kaballah, Scientology, Evangelistic Christianity. Funny that that sort of Zeal is so common in the U.S., which was first settled by Puritans, who believed in moderation in all things.

It is also untrue about her not telling Jim Carrey about her son. She has always been upfront and proud about her child. Plus, she wrote a humorous book about her pregnancy.
The fabulous Jim Carrey is brilliant and incredibly high maintenance.
It was common knowledge she’d been married and had a son before she went with Jim, so that’s rediculous. I do remember her having a short-lived Tv sitcom. And she’s had enough of her own success to have money and not need to live of Jim, altho I weouldn’t be surprised if he didn’t give her some cash seeing how overly rich he is and a nice guy too.
I don’t think she is stupid by any means, but she does tend to grate on my nearves fairly quickly, and I also tire easily of the giant fake tits being constantly shoved at the camera. That, and the dark streak down the center of her head. I can’t understand why women who want the public to think they are blonde always run around with that horrible dark skunk strike down their center hair. I mean , how hard is it to dye your hair?

Jenny McCarthy has a million reasons to trash her first husband, the father of her child, because didn’t he just up and abandon them? He couldn’t handle having an autistic child. Jenny went into full-on MOM mode to take care of her child. Yes, she lost her humor. She had to become an advocate. Her child came first, and she wanted/needed to share what she had learned about autistim—and it’s causes and cures–because much of what she discovered is about PARENTING a child like this. Meeting the child’s needs with lots of therapy. Jim Carry saw a woman and child who needed love and attention and even financial security. I fail to see how this makes either one of them bad in any way.
Wasn’t the father of her child married when she met him? Also she was talking about “women make your own money” while she and Oprah sit there a billionaire and a millionaire. Not a normal circumstance for most women.
