“JERSEY BOYS” JUST BECAME ONE OF OUR ALL-TIME FAVORITE MOVIES!

Don’t count Clint Eastwood out! And don’t count Jersey Boys out either! We absolutely LOVED this movie! The story is fascinating – it is NOT a musical like the Broadway show, although music is a big part of it. Frankie Valli’s life story is surprisingly convoluted and identifiable. Director Clint made sure that every detail of the wardrobe, set decoration, hairstyles, locations etc are exactly right for the time and place. We always wondered why The Four Seasons had such a hard time getting along and now we know. It’s funny and it’s touching. If you ever loved a Frankie Valli song, give this movie a look! You won’t want it to end.

  1. Did it make it feel like you were a teenage girl,
    once again?
What’s your fav 4 seasons song?

  2. Oddly, I just watched an old episode of the Sopranos with Frankie Valli acting. Good stuff.

    My Eyes Adored You.

  3. no, ‘secret’ F*ggots like those boy’s really give me the the creeps!!

  4. Why can’t I ever read the comments section of any story without there being at least one ass commenting?

  5. Saw the movie yesterday with my friend. Frankie Valli is my age – so this was my music. I’m from Brooklyn (very similar to his area of NJ) so I totally related. The times were so innocent in those days – trust was built on a handshake. It’s those heartless, crooked people behind the scenes, ie, managers, pr people, music people that caused so much friction. Real music everyone could identify with — not like today’s crap.

  6. Nancy, no because Strom posts under his name and about/at least six other non de plumes. Yeah, strom, you’re a real plume of smoke, blow it up your a**

  7. Looking forward to checking out the movie.
    Favorite among many songs.
Oh What a Night. It has got to be a thrill for
Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons to be in their seventies,
and be recognized with a hit Broadway show and a Clint Eastwood directed film.

  8. Frankie was quite unlikable and a diva. No wonder they fought.

  9. I thought the movie lacked of energy and was enough impersonal
