JULIA ROBERTS CAUSED A FOUR CART PILE-UP IN MALIBU

A friend of ours in Malibu needed something quickly from the market and drove to Pavilions there. It’s usually not all that busy and easy to get in and out quickly. But that day he found the parking lot jammed with cars searching up and down for a space. After circling the lot numerous times, our source found a spot and dashed in only to find the store packed with people just standing around. “What’s going ON here?” he asked a clerk. The checkout girl whispered “Julia Roberts is shopping and no one wants to leave until they see her!” It seems Julia was oblivious and pushing her cart up and down the aisles while shoppers around her flipped out. When word got around that she was there, shoppers just stopped leaving. Julia is rumored to have bought a house in Point Dume. Actually, Julia should be flattered because Malibu residents are rarely star struck!

  1. Get a life people!

How could a celebrity cause you to stop dead in your tracks?

You only look pathetic for doing this.

  2. I wouldn’t cross the street to see this woman, she is awful. A Low Vera indeed

  3. How is she relevant? I’m surprised people would be so excited to see her.

  4. Another gossip item provided directly from Julia’s PR Agent no doubt!

  5. I have seen julia a number of times and once at the market. The only people “refusing to leave” are people who obviously don’t live in Malibu. Here we try to respect our entertainers as human beings. Just because they work in the spotlight does not make them more-or less human than us. Our society has major flaws if a human (who happens to work as an actor) can’t go to the market to buy some milk without feeling raped by people’s eyes and iPhone cameras! Whoever your local “source” is should be ashamed of living in Malibu AND selling out local information. This is a place where we respect our neighbors- A lister or not!
