Katy Perry donned her handmade “HILLARY CLINTON IS A BAD ASS” t –shirt to entertain at a Hillary Clinton fundraiser at Radio City Music Hall in New York. Katy, 31, is a huge supporter of Cinton, but she’s almost APOLOGETIC about it. She waffles “I’m not voting for her because she’s a woman, I’m voting for her because she’s the right person for the job.” We wonder why Katy (and many women her age) are reluctant to declare they are feminists and want to elect the first female president. (Fear of disapproval?) Being qualified and being a woman are TWO good reasons to vote for Hillary. Being female will be an ASSET for our next president.

Her reaction at being publicly caught out in that lie was a marker of the worst kind of pathology: she got ANGRY at being asked about the fiction, about being pressed for facts, details–regarding the untruth that she herself had made up.
For many who might have supported her, that was the deal-breaker. Hillary’s rampant dishonesty is, at best, an embarrassment to ethical women in public office everywhere who weren’t so fortunate to be married to a former president.
When she claimed they were “dead broke”–that assertion actually rang true. No phrase better sums up the moral bankruptcy of the Clintons.
