They say that sometimes when chubby people lose weight they still ”think” like a heavy person. Kelly Osbourne transformed herself into quite a dish, but it looks like she forgot she was slim when she picked out this dowdy queen motherish dress. And she wore it to a fashion event in New York. We’d think she took it from her mother’s closet except it’s many sizes too small for Sharon. Hopefully, Kelly will soon realize she can wear most anything and look great these days.

I think she, AND her family are terrific. LOVE the spontaneous humor they have and the ability to laugh at themselves. Kelly is a doll, but with her square jawline she should be careful about how she wears her hair, this being not so hot, it makes her jaw look even larger. The dress IS rather drab and plain, which Kelly is NOT. Maybe she needs a good stylist?

Reta, the style is early 20th century, post WWI but pre-flapper. That style has always been a favorite of certain bohemian types since the 1960’s (probably because it never became mainstream).
Kelly is not just another fashion victim; she knows her s**t. That is why she has made the rounds on many of the fashion-related reality shows.
Yes, Sebastian, and I agree she usually gets if fairly right lately, but THIS one doesn’t look good on HER. She’s too young, and small framed for that dress. But I’m happy she finally seems to have gotten her shit completely together now, as has the rest of her family, who are really cool outspoken people, and other than Jack, who I don’t know much about, the parents are great.
