Assuming that Kelly was unaware of Luke’s sexuality while she was dating him (and I totally don’t believe that), I’d place her being a better judge of orientation ahead of character the next time.
Personally I think she unrealistically expected a very young man still in the throws of exploring a multifaceted sexuality to be capable of suddenly reigning it all in just for her.
OMG! Is there anyone is is surprised by this? You could just tell by some of the paparazzi photos that he was just using her. He always had that stupid smirk on his face when they were out. Muffin, I think they were both too young and the engagement a foolish idea. Luke is a successful model in his own right. Kelly is a celebrity only because her dad is. I’d be willing to wager that the engagement idea was hers.

Rick, I think you have hit the mark dead on and I agree with you completely. But I actually like Kelly and think she’s rather charming and I love the way the whole family interacts openly and lovingly with each other. Also, in terms of famous daughters trying to make it in their parents shadows, her own singing career was or is not bad in that she can actually sing, unlike so many others trying to cash in their parents chips (Hoff’s daughters, Hulk Hogans daughter)to name a few.

Victoria, Kelly IS British, as are both her parents. She spent much of her youth growing up on their estate in the UK.
Rick, you know, Kelley and her dad have a really special father-daughter relationship that is sweet and very touching and admiringly supportive and tender. Any little girl would love to have a daddy love her that much. (And, no, it’s not in a sicko type way for you morons that always have to go there). They helped each other thru drug issues as well. I love how Ozzies eyes light up when he talks about his daughter. He truly is very proud of her and she is earning that now that she is clean and finding work on her own.
