What IS the story with this dissipated English playboy Calum Best and Kimberly Stewart? They’re constantly together – shopping, eating, clubbing, whatever – yet they insist they’re just friends. We’re not buying it. This is the last guy Lindsay Lohan dated before she was locked up in rehab. Is she expecting to find him waiting for her when she finally gets out? Hopefully, rehabbed Lindsay won’t be hanging with people like him. But she’s bound to be perturbed that her friend Kimberly is making time with the guy while she’s out of the picture.
