We love to look at high school pictures of celebrities to see if they revealed “star quality” early on – or if they were late bloomers. Kirstie Alley was already quite beautiful when she was 16 (she looked a bit like Meg Ryan) but obviously didn’t know what to do with her very thick wavy hair so she cut it in a bowl cut. Or maybe she was aiming at the unfortunately popular “Dorothy Hamill wedge” cut. Either way it was a waste of Kirstie’s abundant hair.

I notice the dark eyebrows which are a TOTALLY different shape, in a circle arch whereas her “starring years” eyebrows have always been that overly high arched look. She must dye them too. And sure as hell looks like a nose job visited her somewhere along the line to stardom too. That early one looks a lot thicker and doesn’t have the long in the middle deep “V” at the bottom. VERY VERY different noses!
When Kirstie Alley was 13 Dorothy Hamill was still 12 years away. So the hair cut couldn’t be influenced by Dorothy.
So sad that she’s had such a lifelong struggle with emotional overeating. She’s a beauty, she’s smart, and is a talented comedian.
And now we see she has lip implants
Yup, definitely a nose job and definitely a lip implant — the latter looks a LOT better on her than Taylor’s of Beverly Hills Housewives. 🙂 I get my brows dyed every month when I get my hair dyed — no big deal. And yes, Kirstie was trying to do a haircut meant for straight hair — not wavy! I’m glad she has since realized that her hair is probably her very best physical asset.

Hilary, but how do you get these DARK eyebrows to be LIGHTER? I know it’s a huge process for hair, so I can’t imagine having those chemicals right above your eyes.
Also Kait, Kirstie is not a “comedian”, she has been a comedic actress, but she doesn’t do stand-up of write comedy or perform it in any form other that roles she’s in that may or may not be funny but intended to be.

Kirstie is a gifted and beautiful woman and always has been….yes she’s overweight now…so what…she laughs at herself and makes the best of it. I bet none of you looked that good at 60….you are all over 60 arent you….lol
