She’s been outraged by the suicide of 14 year old Jamie Rodemeyer and eager to press President Obama to end bullying in schools. So Gaga paid $38,500 to attend a small fundraising dinner with him in Silicon Valley at the home of Facebook executives. She wore her HIGHEST 12 inch platform shoes and her hair was piled up 6 inches, so Gaga loomed over everyone, including our 6’1” president. (Too bad no cameras were allowed.) President Obama did not acknowledge Gaga’s obvious presence during his speech, but we bet she gave him an earful before the dinner was over.

Let all the Gaga h8tr’s explain this. It sure is nice to see a celebrity take some social responsibity and “Put their money where their mouth is”. She really will be a tough act for the next up and comer’s to follow. Gaga may be little odd but at least she is stand up person!!

Patrick, I noticed that, too—but didn’t want to say anything for fear of “jinxing” it.

Although, she could just be on hiatus, or something!

Patrick, me thinks the library may be closed again.

These suicides caused by bullying are heartbreaking. There were 2 in the last few years here and anyone who brings attention to the issue gets my applause.

Wonder if I can get my hair to look like that for the B-52s concert tonight?

Denise you get to see the B-52’s!! Lucky!
Planet Claire is a show stopper for the encore. We just had Devo over in Vancouver last week. Two of my all time fav bands!
Lady GaGa can do no wrong in my book after stepping out for anti bullying .Madonna the bitch never did anything that wasn’t just for Madonna.

Patrick, they were fabulous! Kate was in amazing voice on Planet Claire which was the encore right before Rock Lobster (which I still have ringing in my head). Cindy said they have a CD coming out and I think she said (way too much noise and screaming) it was of their tour. Fred was Fred.
