For YEARS Larry King has taped his TV show at the CNN building on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood. But if you ask other people who work in the building what Larry’s like, they say they have never encountered him. How is that possible? It was explained that when Larry arrives every day, his “assistants” (usually eager-to-please young women) run ahead of him and shoo everyone OUT of the elevator SO HE CAN RIDE ALONE – both coming and going. Apparently Larry feels he’s above making small talk with strangers in the elevator.

He’s one of the creepiest guys around. Next to the Burger King Dude – he takes the cake. He’s probably doing everyone a favor by not having to deal with him.

Larry King is so boring. If I want to fall asleep early, I just turn the TV to CNN at 9:00 pm. I can fall asleep everytime.

It probably has more to do with the fact that he RENOWNED for his flatulence. He farts constantly throughout his show tapings and, whenever it is audible, blames it on others. You might remember when Larry took legal action against an artist who made an exhibit out of DEPENDS adult diapers he claimed were taken out of King’s garbage. Larry’s only thinking of others: WHO WOULD WANT TO RIDE IN AN ELEVATOR WITH GASSY KING!?!?!!

He was at the next table at the Beverly Wilshire Blvd.Restaurant Dec 26 2005..while we had lunch. We purposefully ignored him..He is a gnome! Ugly. Fugly. He is an accidental radio/tv figure..and long past his expiration date!

Did you see last night where he danced on the grave of Peter Boyle? It was shameful. He was repeating himself and doddering all over the place. It’s like watching someone rotting before your very eyes.

This man is ooooooooooooo boring. Does anyone really watch his show? He comes across as a PR man for whoever is on.
And how can that “youngish” wife of his stand being in the same bed with him? YUK!
Way past time for Larry to be put out to pasture.

He’s a terrible interviewer. I can’t figure out how he’s lasted for so long. He asks obvious questions and sometimes it’s obvious he hasn’t read up on the person he’s interviewing.

I’m calling bullshit on this one. I’ve worked in the CNN building for 6 years now. While they will HOLD an elevator for him, they don’t keep everyone else out.
I’ve ridden up and down with the man several times. Though it’s far more fun to ride with his guests.

It doesn’t matter if you like him or not, the story is bogus. I WORK IN THE BUILDING and see him in the elevator all the time. He’ll chat with anyone and is usually with male & female employees from the show.

One of America’s Sweethearts is battling a serious drug addiction- not hers, but her best friend’s. Through the years these two have been stuck to one another like white on rice and her fame rubbed off on her pal. They’ve been roomies, have worked together on set, and even launched a business venture together. But all that success has come with a price. After years of being sober, the less famous friend has fallen HARD off the wagon and our gal doesn’t know what to do. She’s hosted an intervention, hired an addiction specialist, and even threatened to end the friendship, but nothing seems to work. What’s a girl to do?
