For YEARS Larry King has taped his TV show at the CNN building on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood. But if you ask other people who work in the building what Larry’s like, they say they have never encountered him. How is that possible? It was explained that when Larry arrives every day, his “assistants” (usually eager-to-please young women) run ahead of him and shoo everyone OUT of the elevator SO HE CAN RIDE ALONE – both coming and going. Apparently Larry feels he’s above making small talk with strangers in the elevator.
He’s one of the creepiest guys around. Next to the Burger King Dude – he takes the cake. He’s probably doing everyone a favor by not having to deal with him.
whatever. he’s ugly and old. who cares about meeting him? he’s just some guy interviewing interesting people..he’s not the one that’s interesting..
Larry King is so boring. If I want to fall asleep early, I just turn the TV to CNN at 9:00 pm. I can fall asleep everytime.
It probably has more to do with the fact that he RENOWNED for his flatulence. He farts constantly throughout his show tapings and, whenever it is audible, blames it on others. You might remember when Larry took legal action against an artist who made an exhibit out of DEPENDS adult diapers he claimed were taken out of King’s garbage. Larry’s only thinking of others: WHO WOULD WANT TO RIDE IN AN ELEVATOR WITH GASSY KING!?!?!!

He’s a terrible interviewer. I can’t figure out how he’s lasted for so long. He asks obvious questions and sometimes it’s obvious he hasn’t read up on the person he’s interviewing.

I’ve ridden up and down with the man several times. Though it’s far more fun to ride with his guests.

It doesn’t matter if you like him or not, the story is bogus. I WORK IN THE BUILDING and see him in the elevator all the time. He’ll chat with anyone and is usually with male & female employees from the show.
