Lindsay Lohan looks like the happiest girl on earth surrounded by panting paparazzi as she leaves The Ivy yesterday. She drove her black Mercedes convertible with the top DOWN. It was a sunny day and she and her friends ate on the patio while photographers scampered around trying to squeeze in a shot. Sometimes Lindsay really seems to ENJOY the stir she causes.

   Ok, there needs to be a law that says the paps can’t get that close. I mean look at the pic they’re smashed against her car in her face. That’s WRONG. Not to mention dangerous. No wonder Keanu ran that pap over how could he not.
