Extra host Mario Lopez had surprise visitors on the set at The Grove – his fiancee Courtney Mazza and their little girl Gia, who’s one and a half. Happy bachelor Mario enjoys being a dad but until recently he didn’t want to commit to being a husband too. He decided he wants Gia’s mom to have the same last name so they plan to wed sometime this year in Mexico.

Let me just say that I think Courtney Mazza is not at all pretty and Mario could have anyone he wants. Why he settled for her, I have no idea. She is very rude to fans and is always telling him what to do. I saw her at the Grove one time and she acts so phony like she is a big time celebrity. You are nothing Courtney-only the girl that Mario knocked up and settled for. She probably got pregnant on purpose. Anyway, she’s already had plastic surgery at 20 something. Breasts, lipo.
