MACY GRAY WEARS BLACK TO THE BEACH

Macy Gray looks really good at the Polaroid party in Malibu, but we can’t help but wonder why people wear black clothes on a hot beach day. Macy loves black all the time – you can tell because she’s having an online “estate sale” on eBay right now and most of her clothes for sale are black. And everything is authenticated. How she can call it an “estate sale” when she’s still alive is a mystery to us.

   Black has the higher UV protection. If you don’t want to smear that cancercausing goop all over yourself or hide under white drapey fabric, black regular clothes are the next best thing.
   Why do YOU care what color people wear? Are you the color police?

   The beaches in California are COLD. The surf is made up of frigid water that flows down from the Arctic.
   The sun doesn’t come out until noon because there’s a morning fog that has to “burn off”.
   California beaches are all hype. I just came back from renting a house on the beach in San Diego and caught a cough and cold that I still have. Never again.
