Don’t fall for that trumped up “feud” between Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj on American Idol – they are being PAID handsomely not to get along with each other! American Idol is well past its prime and desperately in need of some drama and glamour. Producers figured that hiring two musical divas and pitting them against each other would heighten interest in the show. But like other reality shows, the drama is forced and scripted. Deep down, both of these performers probably realize that these antics are an insult to women. Men like to perceive attractive women as competitive and nasty to each other and Idol producers are playing this male fantasy to the hilt. We’re betting Mariah and Nicki will become great friends off camera.

IMHO, they didn’t have to be paid handsomely not to get along with each other.. not getting along with each other would come naturally to these two bitching divas.
AI sucks and has for at least 3 years. No one remembers the winners except very few. It has lost all appeal; they are all in a twitter how to rev up the public to start watching again…..too late.
It’s all fake? Like as in reality TV? Wow. Please, Hollywood needs the fake, it’s the only thing that lines their pockets.
