Mariah Carey has always been super protective of her voice and she’s in the habit of sleeping with an army of humidifiers in her bedroom at all times. (It keeps her throat AND her skin moist.) The excessive moisture in the air has led to a dilemma. The walls in her room become so damp that sometimes the paint peels off and mold appears! Then Mariah has to move into another bedroom to “detox” from the mold, while her own bedroom has the mold removed. Whatever Mariah does is fine with her husband Nick Cannon.

Gee Leo Buddy, sorry about that. It wasn’t my intention to be angry and I wasn’t aware that it reflected anger. However, it was meant to emphasize “hunger”.
For instance, I missed breakfast before church on Sunday. An important and well loved memeber of our church had died the day before. It was a busy day. I ended up not getting to eat a single bite of anything until around 4:00 p.m Sunday evening.
I dropped off a neighbor and headed home. I pulled into Janie’s Grill and bought a double slice of cheese pizza and some steak fries and a water. If someone had seen me eating those on the way home, they would have swore that I had been starved to death for a week. I inhaled the pizza and fries. Chewing them was just a small formality. LOL!!!!
I know she is high maintenance but I love that woman’s voice. Mariah Carey has a true gift. 🙂
You have to give Mariah credit for taking her career seriously. This woman could have easily retired years ago, yet, loves what she does & does it very well.
Well, no, i wouldn’t say she does it well. She is one of those singers (Christina, Beyonce, etc.) with a great voice who doesn’t quite how to handle it. How shall I put it…her vocal stylings are a little on the baroque side. She could learn a lot from kd lang.

Her babys will get very ill if she keeps doing it. He kids will at least have breathing problems if this continues.

What voice? She hasn’t been able to sing since the 90’s. All she does now is that silly whisper sing trying to affect Marilyn Monroe. It’s boring and silly.
That is a pretty serious situation. Black mould is deadly!! Mariah needs to start roughing it a little.
I don’t care for her music style and she’s very stiff on stage. Glad she toned down the crazy.
She was my favorite singer when her first music came out but now its either whispering or screaming and really…..mold in the house! Come on that’s crazy! Your babies are now your first priority.
This woman sounds so amazing and wonderful and it is good that she is taking care of her million dollar voice and happy that she has a family and some one to love and share her life with and that is a wonderful idea and it is great that your checking your health and making sure every one is healthy and strong in the house.
Mold is Danger and it is good to make sure the rooms are okay and thank god you got cps out of your life and got them to leave you alone right from the start and…I was worried and concerned and frustraighted thinking they are going to turn your life up side down and cause the most important moment of your life to be crap and…I am happy that you where left alone and was able to bring your children home with CPS Bugging you and harassment of you and your family.
CPS Would had taken over your life over some two faced back stabbing Nurse who was a trouble maker and a smile in your face back stabbing evil person…Who would had messed up those special moment in your life..Happy your okay and your family is okay and that is wonderful and Glad your doing just fine.

It seems to me that Mariah is working at cross purposes here: the humidifier is good for her voice, but mold can cause upper respiratory illnesses. One humidifier close at hand should be enough.
I predict Nick loves her (or thinks he does), but I think there will be marital trouble down the road. There are many ladies waiting even now to move in if the diva gets to be too much for him to handle. And what with juggling his career, two babies, and keeping up with her requests, he may get tired of her and the age difference and move on. There have already been little snippets of him flirting.
