MARK RUFFALO IS ALL RIGHT: HE CAN STILL FLY

“The Kids Are All Right” star Mark Ruffalo was amused when he learned his name had been added to the Terrorist Watch List simply because he was supportive of the documentary “Gasland,” which opposes natural gas drilling that threatens water supplies. Mark can breathe easy because he is NOT on the more excusive and inconvenient No Fly list. The Terrorist list has around a million names on it while the No Fly list has only around 8500. Mark’s situation certainly calls into question the government’s idea of who might be a potential terrorist.

  1. So in exercising his right to free speech in supporting a documentary on an issue that many people likely support, including myself, he makes the Terrorist Watch List? That’s a rather expansive and ridiculous definition of “Terrorist”.

  2. Americans sealed their own fate by allowing their legislators to pass The Patriot Act.

BTW, Gasland is a must see…

  3. The powers that be have used the threat of terrorism to peel away freedoms in America.

  4. Still enduring the Bush administration policies with their emphasis on paranoia. What bothers me most about that is it’s exactly what the terrorists wanted.

Bush update: When asked what he missed most about being president during his recent book signing tour, he replied “being pampered”.

    Really says it all..

  5. Yes, and Bush also recently said on Jay Leno’s show that he waited 7 minutes after he was told of the attacks on 9-11 because he didn’t want to “scare the kids”. The pictures/filming of his face at that time however does not reflect a concern for the children, but more a look of utter panic such as a deer in the headlights, frozen in the spotlights knowing the car is going to hit it any second but still unable to move. He was and still is an utter imbecile.
