Mary Kate Olsen seems to be getting celebrity treatment when it comes to the Heath ledger investigation. According to the NY Post, the NYPD talked to everyone connected to Heath’s death except her, but the US Drug Enforcement Administration wants her cooperation. They’re determined to find out where Heath got his Oxycontin. Prescription bottles for Heath’s other drugs were found on the scene, but where he got the fatal Oxycontin remains a mystery. Was it a dealer? If the bottle was removed from the scene, who took it? Mary Kate seems to have answers, but her lawyer says she won’t talk without IMMUNITY. Is anybody surprised?

She should take a lie detector test. I know the tiny one can’t fake that. Plus, you can look into her crazy eyes and see she is crazy. I don’t think her parents were ever really there for her or her twin. Even if she failed the lie detector test, her lawyers will get her out of it. Big money always rules over justice.
everyone needs to take a deep breadth. one lesson you don’t learn unless you are faced with the law is “law” has NOTHING to do with emotions, has nothing to do with what seems fair. Justice is BLIND. Until you are faced with a problem regarding the “law” you cannot understand or relate. But I’ll try. She is not compelled to give any statements unless she is called to testify and until her lawyers have secured her rights. That’s the law. Any lawyer worth their salt is looking out for her. Sure she may be called to testify by the Feds, but until then she is not obligated to talk and it is not in her best interest. Period. No judgements regarding guilt or innocense. Just the law!

Again, DA office in LA, New York, does not matter. Their investigations are closed, finished. They are satisfied with the way it has played out. It is the FEDERAL DEA, IF they pursue it then, she will be called to testify. But even they are hesitating in asking her to come forward. Hesitating…..

Poor sweet little lady baby…I Feel so sorry for her and to get hooked on Oxycontin is dangerous and could kill her and is she in so much pain that she is really hurting and She has massive stress and tention and frustration and maybe she fail down and hurt herself and that is something between her and her Doctor but she should try to eat something while on those meds and some one should be watching her and making sure she is alright.
