We wouldn’t have recognized Matthew McConaughey if his girlfriend Camila Alves wasn’t in the background cheering him on. (Has he lost weight or is it the grooming?) He’s got this new hyper -slick look because he’s promoting Dolce & Gabbana’s new aftershave “The One” in Milan. So he HAD to shave! It must be difficult to sell aftershave since guys everywhere seem to have stopped shaving.

Her legs look fine and normal sized. And he looks fine too, much better than he does with the scraggly scruffy look he usually has.
I haven’t seen Matt in awhile, and its hard to tell from that photo how different he might be looking right now. his hair isn’t it’s normal style, his face is washed out from the flash, and he does look thinner, but he was never fat, just toned and muscled. I wonder what his next project is. Hopefully not more of the same Kate Hudson-style movies, please. Do something more interesting than that, dude…
He got old and ugly much too quickly, and looks like the bottom of the barrel for D&G’s perfect pick, as he’s mostly noted as ho-hum actor with dirty, druggy, drunken, careless beach bum characteristics in most minds. So much for sun worship and fanatic exercising improving his health and appearance. He looks like he is sick with a fatal wasting disease or illness.
Who in their right mind would want to smell like Matthew McConaughey?

McConaughey’s “good looks” were very inbred-American, bordering on white trash. It is no wonder he is starting to look nasty. Give him a half a decade or so, and he will look like he should be making moonshine and playing banjo on the front porch with a corncob pipe between his teeth. HeeeHaaaaw!!!!
He’ll be very successful in the remake of Deliverance, playing one of the locals.
