Chad Rogers looks more like a rockstar, but actually he’s a realtor who will be appearing on “Million Dollar Listing” starting next month on Bravo. Apparently he specializes in Malibu properties and has lots of celebrity clients. Brad Elterman of Buzzfoto took this placid picture and he swears that Chad looks like he could be the “fifth member of the Ramones.”

A fifth Ramone? Seriously not. He looks more like a dork who’s dressed in street clothes and standing in the surf. If he’s not smart enough to stay dry, I doubt he’s smart enough to negotiate a multimillion dollar deal.
