MEL GIBSON DIVORCE: BLAME IT ON THE BOTTLE
How Robyn Gibson lasted 29 years married to Mel Gibson is a miracle in itself. Basically, it’s his drinking that broke them up. Almost every dumb or tasteless thing Gibson has done through the years involved his struggle with alcohol. But Robyn knew what she was getting into. Back when he was an unknown actor in Australia he used to get drunk at the local pub with his rowdy pals and the night usually ended with a fight in the parking lot with Mel in the middle. The bartender would phone Robyn and she’d pull up in her pickup truck and his friends would toss belligerent Mel into the back and she’d drive him home. Seven kids later, Robyn is about to become the most eligible divorcee in Hollywood when she gets her half of his 900 million dollar fortune.

I used to think that Mel was one of the coolest men in Hollyweird. However, that thinking has changed. Alcohol will make normally cool guys make sensational a$$es of themselves, and that’s what’s happened here. I suppose her Catholic faith has kept her with Mel all these years, because there aren’t many women who would have put up with what she has. Mel needs serious help, and he needs it now. I just hope this sad story can have a happy ending. But I’m not holding my breath.

I remember after Mr. whore and booze hound had finished making “The Passion of the Christ”. He was interviewed on all the big shows. He acted totally nuts, his eyes looked glazed over, and anyone with a brain could see there was something dreadfully wrong with him. After all the times he was caught with whores and DUI’s, the question is why did Robyn put up with it for so long. Hell with the crappy Catholic laws about divorce….that whole false relgion is a load of cr*p anyway. He will end up alcohol brain damaged and she will be so totally rich.

A tad off subject, but…..speaking of Catholics, think of this: 25 million (plus) illegals that have invaded us, 99% are Catholic, everyone knows what Catholic rules are regarding having large families, this produces more illegal aliens, more and more are draining our welfare system, free health care, government subsidies, medicaid money, taking all our jobs, running drugs from Mexico, no driver license, no car insurance, paying $30,00 per year for every illegal in jail……that’s why I am a little turned off by the Catholic empire.

I Loved his movie POTC. Mel is a sad mess. Over drinking is epidemic in our society. It’s scarey how this legal drug dissolves lives everyday. I’m amazed how many people I know have a drinking problem. Women and wine mostly yak…

He’s been cheating on her forever! I’m sure she’s known all along and was just waiting for the right time (when she was sure he’s at the end of his career) I hope she gets her money, and meets a nice faithful partner next, even if she doesn’t marry.
