What a surprise. We didn’t even realize that “Little House on the Prairie” star Melissa Gilbert, 48, and “Thirtysomething” star Timothy Busfield, 55, were dating, much less engaged! (It will be the third marriage for both of them) You may recall, according to TMZ, Timothy was accused of sexual battery in May of 2012. He took a date (not Melissa) to the Arclight theater in Sherman Oaks and they kissed during the movie. The date claimed that Tim subsequently groped her against her will, and filed a report – police investigated, but the matter was dropped. Apparently this “bad date” didn’t deter Melissa, and they got engaged over the holidays.

BTW, she was my first childhood crush, and I once got the chance to tell her that. She was charmingly flattered.

Holy crap, she is one scary looking . . . I’m reluctant to call her a person because she doesn’t quite look human anymore. How sad to be so insecure as to go to such extreme, desperate lengths to keep yourself looking youthful but end up just a pathetic (and hideous!) attempt to stop an unstoppable clock.

Wasn’t there a claim of child molestation against him when his series was on? Some minor who worked on the show?
She looks grotesque; does she not have a mirror to see she has had waaaay too much work done. She must be very insecure, and she appeared this way when on DWTS.
No one knows what happened in their marriage, and looks aren’t everything, but how could she prefer this dirty looking bum to the handsome Bruce B. Maybe she has just plain gone crazy from being in show biz for so long.
